ABOUT
Baltimore Tracks

We believe tech companies in Baltimore are uniquely positioned to set a new standard for how we engage diverse talent.

Our
Story
.

It all started with one question. Baltimore is full of diversity, but our underserved population isn't represented in our Baltimore Tech Community. Are you looking to help us increase opportunities for People of Color in Technology?

THE ANSWER WAS YES!!

In 2020, five Baltimore-Based businesses, and well-positioned leaders (Sherrod Davis, James Fillyaw, Michael Castagnola, and Meredith Bennet) from our community stood in solidarity with company leaders: Nick, Founder & CEO of Protenus, and Kristen Valdes, Founder & CEO of b.well in the foundation of Baltimore Tracks.

Born out of pain, frustration, and a desire to build a more colorful Baltimore.
